Dream of
the badge?
Toomee trains the UK’s next girl group. When the doors open, the audition is a photo and three short videos, and the list hears first.

What We Look For
Story first. Polish later.
We can teach vocals, dance and camera craft. We cannot teach you to be you. That part you bring.
A story to tell
Your obsessions, your community, your journey. Our trainees run clubs, write, bake and build. Who you are matters more than what you can already do.
The work ethic
We train like athletes: full-time, in seven-week blocks, with proper rest built in. It is demanding and it is sustainable, and it asks for everything in between.
The team spirit
Squad numbers, one badge. Trainees are developed as a team first, and the group only works if you want your teammates to win too.
Applicants must be 18 or over and able to train in the UK.
The Audition
Four parts. One you.
No fee, no gatekeeping, no headshots from a fancy studio. When auditions open, everything is filmed on your phone and uploaded in one place. Here is exactly what we will ask for.
Photo
A profile picture
One clear, recent photo of you. No heavy filters, no studio lighting, just you as you actually are so we can put a face to the story.
Video
You, singing
A short clip of you singing. Any song that shows off your voice. Backing track or completely unaccompanied, your call.
Video
You, dancing
A short clip of you moving. Set choreography or freestyle in your kitchen. We are watching for feel and instinct, not perfection.
Video
Your introduction
A short clip introducing yourself. Your story, your world, why you are here. Talk to us like you would talk to a friend.
That is the whole audition: one photo and three short videos. Auditions are closed right now, so there is nothing to upload yet. Join the list below and you will be the first to get the upload link and the full guidance the moment the next intake opens.
Our Promise
Training you can sustain.
People before performers.
Our season runs in seven-week blocks with real rest between every one, because recovery is part of the training, not a reward for surviving it.
Trainees are developed as whole people: their communities, their interests and their wellbeing alongside their craft. Everyone at Toomee is 18 or over.
