Note: This policy applies only to toomee.com. The web-app “Sticky Nodes” (sticky-nodes.com) operates under its own separate privacy policy.

  • Partner Data: Business names, contact details, and logos for our Partner Program.

2. How We Collect Your Data

  • Direct Interaction: When you fill out our “Contact Us” form, submit an application via the Audition Portal, the contact page or apply for the Partner Program.
  • Automated Technologies: As you interact with our Website, our host (WordPress.com) may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment and browsing actions.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Talent Evaluation (Auditions): To review your application, verify your identity and age (18+), and assess your suitability for traineeships.
  • Communication: To respond to your enquiries via the contact form or update you on the status of your audition/partnership application.
  • Internal Operations: To maintain the security of our Website and manage our database of applicants.

We do not sell your personal data. All audition data is used strictly for internal scouting purposes.


4. Where We Store Your Data

  • Hosting: Our Website is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.).
  • Audition Data: Photos, videos, and application details submitted via the Audition Portal are processed and stored securely using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • We ensure that all third-party providers adhere to strict security standards compatible with the UK GDPR.

5. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.

  • Audition Data: If you submit an audition, we retain your data for a maximum of 2 years for talent pooling purposes. After this period, or upon your request, your data is permanently deleted from our Google Cloud storage.
  • Contact Enquiries: Retained for as long as necessary to resolve your query.

6. Lawful Basis for Processing

Under the UK GDPR, we rely on the following bases:

  • Consent: You explicitly consent to us processing your photos and videos when you submit the Audition Form.
  • Legitimate Interests: To run our business, scout talent, and identify potential partners.
  • Legal Obligation: To verify that applicants are over 18 years of age.

7. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Erasure: Request that we delete your data (e.g., withdraw your audition application).
  • Correction: Request that we correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
