Welcome to toomee.com (the “Website”), operated by Toomee Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a creative studio based in the United Kingdom.

By accessing our Website, submitting an audition, or using our contact forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.

Please note: The web application “Sticky Nodes” is a separate product accessible via sticky-nodes.com. Use of that application is governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

  • Audition Portal: The Audition Portal is strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older. By submitting an application, you legally confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age (e.g., Passport or Driving Licence) at any stage.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All content on this Website, including but not limited to our short films, “The Blueprint,” text, graphics, logos, and software code, is the intellectual property of Toomee Limited or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Partner Program: If you apply for and are accepted into our Partner Program, you grant Toomee Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your company logo on our “Partners” page to identify you as a partner. You represent that you have the authority to grant this permission.


4. Audition Portal & User Submissions

When you submit an application through our Audition Portal:

  1. Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided (including contact details, residency, and age) is accurate and truthful.
  2. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the photos and videos (“Submission Materials”) you upload.
  3. Licence to Toomee: You grant Toomee Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, view, play, and analyse your Submission Materials for the sole purpose of internal evaluation and casting. We will not publicly broadcast, sell, or distribute your audition videos without entering into a separate written agreement with you.
  4. Prohibited Content: You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringes on another’s copyright (e.g., using music you do not have rights to, though background music for dance covers is generally accepted for casting review), or contains malware.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., sticky-nodes.com) or services (e.g., film festival ticketing platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.


6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Toomee Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website, including but not limited to the rejection of an audition application or data loss.

We reserve the right to suspend your access to the Website or reject/delete any audition application at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect a violation of the 18+ age restriction or these Terms.

2. Purpose

This policy sets out Toomee Limited’s stance on modern slavery and serves as a guide to the responsibilities of our employees, partners, and suppliers concerning the prevention of forced labor, human trafficking, and other forms of modern slavery.

This policy applies to all persons working for Toomee Limited or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, agents, contractors, and suppliers.

(a)We will not tolerate or condone abuse of human rights within any part of our business or supply chains and will take seriously any allegations that human rights are not properly respected.
